New housing developments and sales representatives are being introduced to the city of Cork.
The Cork Sales Development Representative will help develop the local housing market and make the most of existing supply, said city development director, Jim Kelly.
This means that we can have the most desirable, affordable housing available to our people, he said.
The new role will allow the sales representative to develop the needs of local housing and the community, and to support the planning process.
The role will also include a new role for sales representatives, Kelly said.
As part of this, sales representatives will be able to provide feedback and provide advice on the planning of developments and the development of the city.
The representative will also have the opportunity to meet with potential developers and potential buyers.
This will provide information on current development needs, as well as providing advice on potential supply and demand, he added.
This role will take place from October 1st, 2019.
